TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
1. All our products are offered by Mel Creations at the best possible Price for the best possible Quality products.
2. Australian Customers need only apply, we do not supply to International.
3. Australian Address, Contact Number and email are required
on Application of Account.
4. All Products listed on this website are available for purchase, even when listed as out of stock. Out of stock items have an approx. delivery date of 21 days.
5. All orders are by pre-payment via Direct/Bank Deposit, Credit Card, PayPal, Cheque or Money Order.
5.a) Cheque and Money Orders are to be recieved and cleared before Products will be shipped. Please allow aprrox. 2 weeks for this to occur.
6. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received and is cleared.
7. All orders are shipped via Regular Australia Post.
8. We charge a flat rate shipping cost of $5.95 and further 5% of Order Total cost maybe incurred for heavier items.
9. Any Faulty or damaged items can be returned for a substitution or refund.
9. a) Returns must be authorized before returning.
9. b) All return products are shipped with customer covering the postal cost.
10. If stock is damaged we require to be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods otherwise your goods will become unexchangable.
11. We require return of damaged stock, before shipping of replaced stock is processed.
12. It is at the discretion of Mel Creations whether damaged/faulty goods are
replaced/refunded.
13. Shipping Delivery Schedule is 4 – 10 days for Regular Postal items, from Date of placed order, if order is not received in this time-frame we will gladly refund your postage.
14. Shipping Delivery Schedule is 4 – 5 days for Express Postal items from date of placed
order, if order is not received in this timeframe we will gladly refund your Postage.
